Born on May 30, 1952, in Louisville, Kentucky, Gloria was the daughter of Harry N. Hisle and Defelee "Curly" Hisle. She pursued a fulfilling career as a cosmetologist, dedicating her talents to helping others feel confident and cared for through her work.
Gloria is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Heather Bridwell, her granddaughter, Katelyn Bridwell as well as many cousins. Her warmth and presence will be deeply missed by those who knew her.
A memorial service celebrating Gloria's life will be held on October 12, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at Newburg Church of Christ, located at 4700 East Indian Trail.
May her memory bring comfort and peace to all who mourn her passing.

I have so, so many memories over the decades. But, the one that stands out the most is when Gloria did my hair cut for senior prom. I may not remember everything we talked about, however the lessons and laughs she and Heather gave about dating... 'Mama told me one day' is an absolute understatement!
I will NEVER forget Gloria's smile, jokes, and, most of all, her hugs! Memories live on in our hearts, and love never dies

I knew Gloria and her family for a short 40 years. From buying fireworks from her dad and being jealous of her moms mustang. And remembering the birth of her daughter. And granddaughter. Gloria gave my son his very first haircut . she will be missed and will continue too living in our memories. God bless
