Gloria Lee Huck, a strong source of love and generosity, passed away peacefully of natural causes on October 3, 2025, at her home in Evansville, Indiana. Born on December 5, 1945, Gloria's life was a testament to the power of kindness, family, and faith.

Gloria, affectionately known by all as simply Gloria, Mom and Grandma, was the cherished wife of Ronald Lee Huck for 54 wonderful years. Together, they built a family founded on love and laughter, raising four children: Tina Mabern (Danny), Tony Haleman, Tracy Baker (Marcus), and Tara Huck (Kevin). Her love multiplied with the joy of her 11 grandchildren: Danny Lee, Kyler, Zack, Dylan(Skye), Raeann, Aamber, Josh, Nick, Zien(Crystal), Roger(Kelsey), Amy(Damien), Rose, Winter and Yuna. The blessings continued with seven great-grandchildren: Maia, Danny Lee IV, Amalie, Amber, Evan, Layla, and Rylee, who all brought immense joy to her life.

Gloria's heart was so expansive that it included her 'bonus daughters,' Maryann Babcock, Kathy Kyte, Trisha Mosely, and Janet Kerchief, whom she embraced as her own. Her family was the epicenter of her world, and she nurtured each relationship with a loving and thoughtful touch. Gloria's legacy of love continues to live brightly in the hearts of those she touched.

She was preceded in death by her father James M. Bryant, her mother Dellarine Wagner, her step-father Carl Wagner, her brother Ray Bryant, her sister Bernice Virgin, and grandsons Corey Haleman and Alex Huck,

She was a familiar face at the American Legion, where she served as a dedicated server, brightening the days of veterans and patrons with her warm smile and gentle spirit. Gloria also spent years at Don's Cleaners, where her work ethic and friendly demeanor were appreciated by all who crossed her path.

Gloria's interests were as varied as they were passionate. She loved watching the wildlife out her back door including deer and birds. Her hands were rarely still, as she expressed her creativity through sewing and needlepoint. An avid player of Bingo and cards, she also loved to bowl. She loved many sports to include NASCAR, Football and even watching Golf with Ron. Gloria's adventurous spirit shone through in her love for riding motorcycles with her husband.

Described by those who knew her as loving, generous, and thoughtful, Gloria's impact on her community and loved ones was profound. She lived a life that exemplified these virtues, leaving a legacy of compassion and selflessness. Gloria's unwavering support and boundless love will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

As we bid farewell to Gloria Lee Huck, we celebrate a life beautifully lived and a soul that enriched so many. And even though she was sometimes charmingly cantankerous, her memory will continue to inspire and guide us. Gloria's journey on earth has ended, but her spirit remains a guiding light for all who were blessed to know her.
