Gloria Allen Lyle, age 73, of Long Beach, passed away on July 21, 2025.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Geraldine "Rimes" Allen.
Mrs. Lyle is survived by her husband of 50 years, John Lyle; her children, Jennifer Ladner (Wade), Rebecca Atwell (David) and Matthew Lyle; his grandchildren, Henry Atwell, Emily Atwell, Katelyn Atwell, Courtney Ladner, and Peyton Ladner; Judy Thompson (Mike) and Dean O’Brien (Billy); and other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Lyle was a native of Magnolia - McComb, MS and was a longtime resident of Long Beach. She worked in childcare and spent most of her time as a homemaker. She loved raising her children and grandchildren and she enjoyed cooking, watching cooking shows, shopping and taking vacations with her husband.
The family would like to thank Fresenius for their great care and to the Pink Hearts Fund for their support.
Visitation will be on Monday, July 28, 2025, from 12 - 2 pm at the Riemann Family Funeral Home, 19130 Commission Road, Long Beach. The funeral service will be at 2 pm in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
