Gloria Minniti, passed away on June 8, 2025, at the age of 82. Born on February 2, 1943, Gloria led a life that was marked by her deep love for her family, her devotion to her faith, and her joy in caring for her beloved pets.
Gloria was the heart of her family, known for her unwavering love and support. She shared 62 wonderful years of marriage with her husband, Anthony Minniti, who will carry her memory in his heart forever. Together, they created a warm and nurturing home, filled with laughter and love. Gloria was a devoted mother to her children, who remembered her as a guiding light in their lives. A member of St. John's Catholic Church, Gloria's faith was a cornerstone of her life, guiding her actions and providing solace in times of need. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, particularly in her cherished home and the companionship of her pets. Her legacy will endure in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
Gloria is preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Angie Rodriguez, who instilled in her the values of love, kindness, and resilience. Their influence shaped the remarkable woman she became.
Left to cherish her memories are her beloved husband, Anthony Minniti; a daughter, Robin Minniti; and a son, Steven Minniti (Joy). In addition to her immediate family, Gloria is survived by her sisters, Ruth Schultz and Josephine Biker, and her brothers, Henry, Joseph, and Daniel Rodriguez.
As we remember Gloria Minniti, we celebrate a life well-lived, marked by dedication to family, faith, and an unwavering compassion for all living things. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by everyone whose lives she touched.
Memorial Mass will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 13, 2025 at St. John's Catholic Church with Father Paul McNulty officiating.
The care of Ms. Minniti has been entrusted to Wells Funeral Home of Waynesville.
