Gloria enjoyed cooking, gardening, and spending time with family, especially her grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Gloria is survived by her children: Luis Maldonado, Gloria Santiago and Denise Carter (Steven); siblings: Maria Cruz, Esther (Nazario) Espada, Iris (Matthew) Alberico, Israel Cruz, Alfonso (Mildred) Cruz, Wilfredo Cruz, Miguel (Carmen) Cruz, William (Gladys) Cruz, and Tomas (Ana) Cruz; grandchildren: Jorge Burgos, Brandon Lozada, Isaac (Kaylah) Ocasio, and Jaden (Reykwona) Ocasio; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Gloria was preceded in death by her son, Dennis Santiago; partner, Miguel Santiago; brother, Juan Cruz; sisters: Paquita Santiago and Migdalia Hernandez; and brother-in-law, Anibal Gotay.
Friends may call at the Dusckas Funeral & Cremation Services Harborcreek, 5151 Buffalo Rd. (at Hannon Rd.) on Saturday, October 26th from 10 AM until the time of the funeral service at 12 PM, to be conducted by Rev. Miguel Alvarez-Deacon. Gloria will then be laid to rest at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
