Born Glory Helen Holmon, first born of Mary Lee Ard and Joe Edell Holmon was born on a Monday, September 16th. 1940 in Crockett, Texas and returned to the ancestors on Monday, April 29th, 2024. A few years after the death of Joe Edell Holmon, Mary and her two children, Mack Earl and Glory migrated to Harlem, New York along with Mary’s sister Nellie Ann Ard-Sneed. Glory returned to Texas with her two children in April, 1980. Glory Hallelujah. Rest on Power! Ase.
