It is with heavy hearts that we announce that Glynn Neal (82) went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 15, 2025, in Plainview, TX. A Visitation will be held at Bartley Funeral Home on Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 6-8 PM. The Funeral Service will take place on Friday, November 21, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Bartley Funeral Home with Reverend Ron Brunson officiating. Interment will follow at Plainview Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the supervision of Bartley Funeral Home of Plainview.

Glynn was born on September 13, 1943, to Howard Venoy Neal and Edna Greele Neal in Wichita Falls, Texas. He married Donnie Neal in Plainview, TX, at New Covenant Church on August 18, 1995, where Rev. Ron Brunson officiated.

Glynn enjoyed fixing things, specializing in anything mechanical, as he worked in Appliance Repairs for most of his adult life. He would talk to anyone and loved being around people. He loved old cars and Rock Music, as going to concerts brought him joy. Fishing at Toledo Bend Reservoir was a treasured time for Glynn, as he talked of returning in his last days. He enjoyed being a court reporter as he accomplished the reports with perfection. He was a kind and special man to his wife, always supportive and unwaveringly loyal. He never let his handicap limit him; he worked harder than some able-bodied men.

Glynn is preceded by his parents, Howard and Edna (Greele) Neal; his brother, Fred Neal; and his sister, Margerite "Ann" Taylor.

Those left to cherish his memories are his wife, Donnie Neal; his sister-in-Law, Diane Lancaster Bailey; his nephew, Jon Neal (Karmen) of Abernathy, TX; his niece, Dawn Raker (David) of Colorado Springs, CO; and his niece, Tiffany Taylor of Dallas, TX.
