Gordon Bennett McBride

Gordon McBride – Son, Brother, Father. Gordon grew up in Brady TX, where he participated in football, track, basketball, FFA and Junior historians. He was a Fierce Competitor, which later earned him a spot in the Brady Legends Group. This was made up of outstanding athletes from all sports.
He was a loving Brother to Michael McBride over the years. Later in life he achieved excellence through his job performances at Firestone and Swimming Pool sales. Gordon was a loving husband and faithful follower of Jesus Christ.
He was preceded in death by a son, Michael McBride. He is survived by his wife, Anita Young McBride and his son, Marcus Campbell McBride.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Hill Country Pregnancy Care Center, 439 Fabra St., Boerne, TX, 78006.
Visitation will be Thursday, July 11th, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Boerne Bible Church, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 AM. Graveside service will be Friday, July 12th, 2024, and Cowboy Cemetery in Mercury TX.
Arrangements are under the direction of Ebensberger Fisher Funeral Home, Boerne, TX.
