Gordon Wayne Wallace 1933 - 2026
Gordon Wayne Wallace was born on February 12, 1933, in Hillsboro, Texas and passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 1, 2026, in Angleton, Texas. He grew up in the valley in Harlingen, Texas. He met and married the love of his life Dorothy Faye Medlock Wallace and to this union two sons were born.
Gordon was a lover of life and avid model airplane enthusiast. His passion was motorcycles and Lincoln Continental cars. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends talking about fishing. His kind and gentle spirit will live on in the lives of those he loved.
Gordon was preceded in death by his parents, Wayne Thomas Wallace and Gladys Franklin Wallace and one sister.
Left to cherish precious memories are his wife of 69 years, Dorothy Faye Wallace of Sweeny, two sons, Kevin Wayne Wallace and wife Paula and Kyle Darrick Wallace and wife Juliet; two grandsons, Colby Wallace and Dylan Wallace and one granddaughter, Lacey Wallace, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Graveside services for Gordon Wayne Wallace, age 93, of Sweeny, Texas will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 6, 2026, at Cedar Lawn Haven of Rest Cemetery in West Columbia, Texas, where burial will follow.
