Gordon took on many positions with that company along with moonlighting as a civilian employee working for the Department of Defense for several years.
Gordon had always been a religious child of God his entire life. He was also very athletic throughout his life exceeding in skiing, mountain climbing, biking and swimming.
Growing up Gordon enjoyed spending time with family and friends and was always willing to give a helping hand. He took our family many times to Michigan visiting his siblings and giving his children a very strong bonded relationship with our cousins creating wonderful memories. Upon retiring in 1989, Gordon purchased a home in Bedford, MA where he rented rooms to friends from church. He resided there until becoming suddenly Ill requiring him to get 24/7 care in memory rehab(s). His hereditary health issues crept up on him within weeks. I remember the good times of going skiing and bicycle riding with Gordon and the Christian singles group. He was a kind and gentle man and a man of God. He took good care of himself and was a very fine example for others. He will be missed by all who knew him.
