Grace S. Nuss

Graces S. Nuss, age 89, of Harleysville, passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert A. Nuss, with whom she shared over 58 years of marriage.

Born October 2, 1936, in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late H. Richard and Grace (Whitesell) Schmidt.

Grace graduated from North Wales High School and later graduated from Pierce School of Business and Administration. She was employed by Merck for over 30 years. She was a member of Sanctuary United Methodist Church. She volunteered for many years at various organizations; Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy, Merck retire group, Sanctuary United Methodist Church, Peter Becker Community and others. Her passion
was her family, and she cherished the times they spent together.

Grace is survived by her children, Barton Nuss of Hatfield and Cyndy Ritter and her husband Jim of Pennsburg; grandchildren Matt Ritter and his wife Meredith, Doug Ritter, and Christina McCabe and her husband Sean; great grandchildren Emmett Ritter and Crew McCabe; sister Elizabeth Hause, and nieces and nephews

Services for Grace will be private.
