Obituary For Grace Tomasetti

Grace Tomasetti, a devoted Mother, Grandmother, Mother-in-Law, Sister, Auntie and Friend, passed away on August 10, 2025. She leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and vibrancy that will be cherished by all who knew her.

Born in Detroit, Michigan, daughter of Mary and Joseph Hobeila, Grace was one of seven siblings. She was a woman who lived life with an unwavering passion and zest. Grace was a dedicated and active athlete who enjoyed playing tennis and golf and was committed to fitness and eating healthy. For 35 years, she worked in the fitness industry, which aligned with her lifestyle. She took pride in her appearance and always presented herself with grace and elegance, a reflection of her inner strength and self-respect.

Her greatest source of pride and joy was her family. Grace's love for her two daughters, Denise and Yvette, knew no bounds; they were not only her children but her best friends. She treasured their deep bond, and their happiness was her ultimate priority. Grace's love extended to her beloved grandson, Joseph, who brought immeasurable joy into her life, as well as her love for her son-in-law Tonci, who she treated like her own son. Her family was the core of her world, and her greatest happiness came from their well-being and success.

Grace lived life to the fullest, but her heart was always with her daughters and grandson. Her memory will be honored and cherished by everyone who knew her. Grace was a devoted Catholic who took great comfort in her commitment to God. Her memory and presence will always be with us.
