Grace M. Walter, 73, of Morrisville, passed away peacefully on December 23, 2025, at Capital Health-Hopewell in New Jersey.
She was born in Hackensack, NJ, and lived a life filled with love, creativity, and family. Grace was the youngest of six. She attended James Patterson University, where she earned her BA in English. Throughout her life, she held various odd jobs but dedicated much of her time to being a homemaker. One of her proudest accomplishments was her time spent in the Holy Trinity Church Choir, where her passion for music flourished. She truly enjoyed being part of the community and connecting with others through music. Grace was known for her strong-willed nature. She also liked writing poems and listening to the Beatles. Family and home were at the center of Grace's world. She was married to Daniel J. Walter for over 38 wonderful years, sharing their lives and creating memories together.
Grace is predeceased by her sister Marie Mullen and her husband John, as well as her brothers Thomas Donnelly and Damien Donnelly. She is also reunited with her parents, Grace and John Donnelly. She is survived by her husband of over 38 years, Daniel J. Walter, she was a proud mother to Erin Gallagher and her husband Brian, and her loving spirit extended to her furry friend, Alphie. Grace was blessed with a close-knit family, including her brothers John Donnelly and Peter Donnelly, along with her sisters-in-law, Erica Donnelly, Deanna Donnelly and Geri Donnelly.
A funeral Mass will be held at 10: 30 a.m. on Tuesday January 6, 2025, in the Holy Trinity R. C. Church, 201 N Pennsylvania Ave, Morrisville, PA 19067, family and friends are welcome to gather in the church starting at 10 a.m.
