Gracie Kite Obituary

A graveside service will be held Wednesday at 11 AM in the Kite Town Cemetery.
Gracie was raised in Belvoir but lived most of her life in the Vanceboro Community. In her later years she lived in Chocowinity to be near her daughter. She worked as a caregiver for many years and was a member of Oak Grove FWB Church. She was a devoted and loving mama and grandmama.
Gracie was preceded in death by her parents, Jonas and Gladys Norris; and brother, Jonas Norris, Jr.
She is survived by her daughter, Louise Kite Lewis and husband, Larry, of Chocowinity; grandsons, Daniel Roach and wife, Laura, of Chocowinity, and Larry Lewis, Jr. and wife, Tracy, of Greenville; great-grandchildren, Kennedy Grace Roach, Landon Lewis, Blake Lewis and Alexis Lewis; and nephew, Stevie Norris of Hampton, VA.
