Graciela Morales Obituary

Graciela was the heart and soul of her family. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She found great joy in caring for others. She was a woman of faith and loved volunteering at church. Her kindness, strength, and unwavering love touched everyone who knew her which earned her the loving title of "mom" and "grandma" from so many. She dedicated her life to nurturing her family and creating a home filled with unconditional love. She had a gentle spirit, a generous heart, and always knew just what to say whether to comfort, encourage, or simply brighten your day. Her presence had a way of making everything better and made the world a more beautiful place.
Her legacy lives on through her daughters Graciela Morales, Angelica Morales, and Blanca (Raul) Sanchez; grandchildren Vanessa Morales, Anissa Flores, Jasmine Trevino, Jacob Sanchez, and Miguel Trevino, Jr.; and great grandchild, Ayden Canales. She is also survived by her siblings Yolanda Garibay, Ana Guzman, Sylvia Lucio, Daniel (Clementina) Gonzalez and her ex-husband, Juan Morales.
She was preceded in death by her parents Antonio and Emilia Gonzalez; her sister, Consuelo Casarez and her brothers, Guillermo Gonzalez, Antonio Gonzalez Jr., Javier Gonzalez, and Teofilo Gonzalez.
Pallbearers will be Juan Morales, Raul Sanchez, Jacob Sanchez, Miguel Trevino Jr., Osvaldo "Valdi" Guzman, and Rodrigo Escalera.
The family will be receiving guests on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A prayer service will begin at 7:00 pm. The chapel will reopen at 8:00 am on Friday, September 19, 2025 to depart at 9:30 am for a funeral service at Templo El Buen Pastor at 10:00 am. Interment will follow to the Laredo City Cemetery.
