Greg Armatis. Age 71 of Wyandotte.
Beloved husband of Linda Armatis for 52 years. Loving father of Melissa Armatis and Melanie (Sean) Wayrynen. Dearest papa of Braedan Hopkins. Bonus grandkids Chase & Katie Wayrynen. Dear brother of Dolores (the late Henry) Frodyma, Delphine (Louis) Kish, Gloria (the late John) Kish, Dawn (Jim) Brady and John (Cherie) Armatis. Bonus brother of David McTaggart. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Preceded in death by siblings Eleanor Sturgill, Mary Jane Hardin, Joseph Armatis, Frank (Mary Jane) Papp and Paul Armatis.

Greg was an amazing and loving man never once complained. Always was thankful through the care he was receiving. It was a pleasure being his medical assistant I will miss putting a smile on his face but I hope you rest in peace.

Greg was more then just my boss, he was like a father to me. My wife, Darla and I will greatly miss him. His family is in our thoughts and prayers.

Dearest Linda and Family,
David and I wanted you to know that we are thinking of Greg and you and your entire family during this tough time. I think you and I are among the lucky ones to have spent our lives with the one we love.
My memories really go back to our time together at St Joseph's, not just one memory but a collection of quirky kid stuff. I mostly remember his smile when we were probably getting into collective hot water. We drove those poor nuns crazy. Greg's smile stood out.
I hope you can focus on those good memoties together while struggling with the unimaginable time ahead without him.
He's resting now.
