Greg Beckner Obituary
He leaves behind his parents, Larry and Sue Beckner; two siblings, Stacy Turner & husband Glenn, David Beckner; three nieces, Emily Carnes, Molly Carnes, Alexandria Allen; one, nephew, Jarod Carnes & wife Mary; plus a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Ashley Beckner.
Greg enjoyed hunting, fishing, digging ginseng, as well as anything outdoors. He loved spending time with his nieces and nephew. Greg never met a stranger.
Funeral services for Greg Beckner will be held on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Caleb Conley and Tyson Baker officiating. Burial will follow at the Beckner Cemetery in London, Kentucky. The family will receive friends on Monday, November 27, 2023 beginning at 6:00 p.m. also at the funeral home. The pallbearers will be Glenn Turner, Jarod Carnes, Eric Beckner, Danny Beckner, Jeff Beckner, Gerald Beckner and Les Foister. Gary Beckner will be an honorary pallbearer. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests donations to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses. Greg was a fun loving, caring, and considerate young man who you could count on for giving you a helping hand when in need. He was sure ready to help my dad out anytime he seen my dad working on something. He was very respectful and caring. He will surely be missed by many.
