Even after 47 years of marriage they could be seen walking hand in hand and doing everything they could for each other. He told wonderful stories and jokes. Greg loved striking up conversations with anyone he met. He was always willing to lend someone a hand and had such a great laugh that it sometimes brought tears to your eyes. He loved dancing, reading, rock & roll music, golf, beaches, boating, race cars and his corvettes. He coached his children's soccer and basketball teams and was known to his friends as MacGyver because he could fix anything.
The family will hold a Celebration of Life Saturday, January 11, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Collinsville American Legion.
