Greg J. Reigelsberger, age 64, of Fort Dodge, formerly of Rolfe, passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at his home in Fort Dodge, Iowa. A Prayer Service will be held at 10:30 AM, Friday, June 28, 2024, at Powers Funeral Home in POCAHONTAS. Burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery in Pocahontas. There will be no visitation.
Gregory Jon Reigelsberger was born March 28, 1960, in Iowa. He was the son of Joseph and Norine (Arnold) Reigelsberger. Greg was raised in the Rolfe area and attended Rolfe schools, graduating from high school in 1978. He continued his education at Wayne State College in Nebraska. Greg was a trained minor league umpire and managed convenience stores, a bowling alley and a golf store.
Greg was a member of the Catholic Church. He enjoyed golfing and had great buddies in the Fort Dodge area that he loved to bowl and fish with. Greg loved the Clearwater, Florida area and was hoping to retire there. He loved hearing about what his children and grand-children were up to - he was very proud of them.
Survivors include his sons, Jon (Kristen) Kleen and Cole Reigelsberger; daughters, Jessica (Bryan) Lawson and Jennifer (Zach) Meyers; grandchildren, Blake, Gabe, Luke and Ali Lawson, Mason and Caleb Kleen and Madilyn, Mykah, Tobin, Teagyn and Greyson Meyers, and a brother, Mick (Sue) Reigelsberger.
Greg was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Norine, and a nephew, Joe Reigelsberger.
