Gregory Clyde Addison

 Dodge City - Gregory Clyde Addison, 75, passed away December 22, 2025 at his home. He was born on July 4, 1950 in Dodge City, Kansas the son of Clyde and Margaret Elaine (Goddard) Addison.

He obtained his associates degree from Dodge City Community College. He then went on to work for his dad at Manis Glass Co & Body Shop and later took it over as an owner after his father passed. He worked there for thirty years before retirement. He loved tinkering with vehicles. Gregory was a collector of various World War guns and memorabilia. He loved anything related to military history.

He was a member of the Moose Lodge, Civil Air Patrol, and the Dodge City Police Auxiliary.

Gregory is survived by his children, Tami (Jamison) Blazek of Dodge City, Jared (Corey) Addison of Gravette, Arkansas, Anthony Troy Addison of Dodge City, and Jason Addison of Dodge City; 16 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild; and a sister, Shari Padgham. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Margaret Elaine Addison.

Funeral service will be held at Swaim Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at noon with Mr. Jeff Hiers presiding. Burial will follow at Greencrest Memorial Garden in Dodge City.
