Gregory J. "Greg" Beekman

Gregory J. Beekman, 75, Oconto, passed away on Thursday, February 12, 2026 and was re-united with his wife Diane. Greg was born on January 2, 1951 in Oconto the son of the now late John and Eudora (Hazen) Beekman. He served his country in the United States Navy as a jet mechanic from 1969 until his honorable discharge in 1973. On February 15, 1974 he married the former Diane Belongia at his parents home in Oconto and together they raised Regina "Peep". The couple enjoyed over 36 years together, Diane preceded him in death on July 3, 2010. Greg owned and operated Beekman Brothers Construction and was in the Construction Industry his entire career, most often working 6 days a week. Greg was a loving father and grandfather and cherished their time together.

Greg is survived by his daughter: Regina (Rob) Waters, 2 grandchildren: Kate Moeller and her fiancé: Ricardo Valenzuela-Martinez, Libby Moeller, 1 sister and 2 brothers. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by 1 son-in-law: Scott A. Moeller, 1 grandson: Scott R.J. Moeller, 1 sister and 1 brother.

Greg's daughter and grandchildren will be having a private time of remembrance. The family would like to offer a special thank you to St. Croix Hospice, especially Christin and Joy for all of their loving care and attention shown to Greg~ your kindness will never be forgotten.

The family takes great peace in knowing that Mom and Dad are celebrating their Wedding Anniversary together again!
