Gregory J. Bellanger, 58, resident of North Branch, Minnesota, passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, February 5, 2026.

He was born in Minneapolis, MN, on May 23, 1967, to Doris A. Mischke (Golden). He spent much of his life employed as a roofer before changing careers to truck driving in the last few years. Greg was married to Michelle Evans on August 10, 2014, in Lindstrom, MN, and had recently celebrated 11 years of marriage.

Greg loved his wife, children, friends, and his dogs, whom he also considered family. He also enjoyed his Native culture, watching sports on his 75" television, music, dessert, his "toys" in the garage, and relaxing with his slippers in his recliner.

He is survived by his wife, Michelle Bellanger of North Branch, MN; four children, Chloe Myhre (Esteban Rosales), Gregory Bellanger II, Travis Herndon, and Chessa Taylor. Greg was preceded in death by his mother, Doris Mischke; two sisters, Terri and Tammy Golden; and one brother, Howard Golden.

A private burial service for family and close friends will take place at Markville Cemetery in Arna, Minnesota.

A celebration of life will take place on his birthday, May 23, 2026. Further details to follow.
