Gregory Eutsler Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Costantino-Primo Funeral Home on Sep. 26, 2025.
Gregory M. Eutsler, age 64, of Clementon, NJ, passed away on September 25, 2025, three days shy of his 65th birthday.

Beloved son of the late Herbert P. Eutsler and the late Angeline Eutsler (nee Palmieri). Dear father of Joseph Eutsler. Loving brother of Herbert P. Eutsler, Jr. (Cindy) and Brenda Lee Eutsler (James Herman). Cherished lifetime partner of Sandy Brown and a loving father figure to her children Jillian Farrell and Justin Farrell. Proud Uncle of Brian Herman (Diana). Cherished nephew of Norma J. Hainsworth. He is also survived by many other extended family members as well as his best buddy, his dog Sarge.

Greg dedicated 28 years of service to the Lindenwold Police Department where he retired as a proud and highly respected Sgt. Detective. He took great honor in protecting and serving his community and training and mentoring new police officers as well as his peers. His brother/sisterhood of police officers meant the world to Greg and they were with him through the end of his battle with cancer. He loved to reminisce about their antics both on and off duty (many stories remain a secret).

Outside of his law enforcement career, Greg had many passions which brought joy to both him and those around him. He was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies, always cheering on his teams. With his family and friends watching the Eagles game with him on Sunday September 21st, Greg told everyone a few times not to worry because "they got this!" When Jordan Davis' blocked a field goal and ran for a closing touchdown, Greg said, with a big smile, "I told you they would win."

Greg loved to play golf and could often be found on the course enjoying time with family and friends. At home, he was known as a talented and enthusiastic cook, especially behind the grill. His ribs were legendary, and his annual bacon fest became a much-anticipated tradition. Above all, Greg cherished his family and his dogs (at one time, having 4). His warmth, humor and generosity will be deeply missed.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, from 11:30 AM - 1:15 PM, at the COSTANTINO-PRIMO FUNERAL HOME, 231 White Horse Pike, Berlin, NJ. Funeral Service at 1:15 PM. Burial will follow in Harleigh Cemetery, Camden, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, you may donate in Greg's honor to Samaritan Hospice Gift Processing Center, P.O. Box 71425, Philadelphia, PA, 19176 and/or Lindenwold Police Foundation, 2001 Egg Harbor Road, Lindenwold, NJ, 08021.
