Greg was extremely helpful when I was a beginning journalist ar Normandale Community College back in the late 1970's. We shared nany 'atomic' subs together at the old Clark Submarine Sandwich shop. He wad a great guy.

Greg made a significant impact on literal generations of kids in Bloomington, Eden Prairie, St. Louis Park, and elsewhere. His work was not glamorous but was always community-focused and inherently noble. There is no doubt that he was one of a kind.
