Gregory “Greg” E. Murray, born October 20, 1980, passed away suddenly at home on February 6, 2026, leaving behind a community of family, friends, and neighbors who will miss him deeply.
Greg loved sports, grilling, and bringing people together for barbecues with the ones he cared about most. He had a special way of turning ordinary moments into memories and was happiest when surrounded by laughter, good food, and good company. Greg also had a passion for his fish tanks and took great pride in caring for them, finding peace and enjoyment in the time he spent watching them.
One of Greg’s greatest joys was attending his son Connor’s baseball games. He loved showing his support, cheering from the sidelines, and being present for every moment he could. The pride he felt for his son was clear to everyone who saw them together.
He was known for his generous heart and willingness to help anyone in need. Whether it was a neighbor, a friend, or a stranger, Greg showed up without hesitation. His kindness and sense of community touched many lives.
Greg is survived by his long-time significant other, Amy Gaw; his son, Connor Murray; his family, Ryan Murray, Kimberly Murray, and Erin Kaya; his niece and nephews; and his long-time friend, Kevin Andrade. He was predeceased by his parents, James and Linda Murray.
Greg’s presence, warmth, and spirit will be greatly missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved him
