Gregory Tavares Obituary
Gregory was a skilled roofer who took pride in his work. He found joy in the simple things-spending time fishing, crabbing, prawning, and collecting small trinkets that caught his eye and told a story, much like he did.
He is survived by his daughter, Jadelyn (Megan) Naeole; his son, Renden Tavares; granddaughter, Huaka i Naeole; and grandson, Kamana o i o Tavares. He is also survived by his brothers, Gary (Laurie) Tavares of Hilo, HI, and Leroy (Malia) Tavares of Portland, OR; and his sisters, Donnalyn (Abraham) Medeiros of Papaikou, HI and Juliann (Michael Jr.) Figueroa of Pepe ekeo, HI.
A private service will be held.
