GREGORY SCOTT WELLS A celebration of life for Gregory Scott Wells is scheduled for Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at 10 a.m. at the First Baptist Church with Dr. Alton Fannin, Joe Thomas, Eric Dean and Wills Teal officiating. The family will also hold a visitation at the Craddock Funeral Home on Tuesday evening from 5-6 pm. Greg was born on November 5, 1952, in Ardmore to J.V. and Alta Jean (Gugler) Wells. He passed from this life on December 25, 2025, at his residence in Ardmore. He and Eva Stone were married on November 26, 1976, in Dickson, Oklahoma. They were married for 49 years. Greg attended Oklahoma State University, where he was a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity and then went on to graduate from Oklahoma State Technical Institute. He spent the majority of his career at The Noble Foundation as a Plumbing Supervisor and Facility Manager. Greg was known by many for his great sense of humor, honesty and love for his family and friends. Becoming a dad and being Pap Pap to Lucas and Logan were his greatest joys in life. Greg inherited a great artistic ability from his mother, Alta, which allowed him to recreate almost anything he saw with pencil and paper. Though he had an incredible talent for drawing and sketching, he chose to put most of creative abilities into his cars and motorcycles. He spent countless hours tinkering with, collecting, and riding bikes and older cars. Greg was a lover of all animals, including wildlife. In the last decade of his life he became an avid OKC Thunder fan, and he and Eva loved watching every game they played. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Chad Boydston, Phillip Eggenberg, Chuck Beard, Kerry Dale Lampkin, Hayden Howard, and Eric Dean. He is survived by his wife, Eva, of the home; Daughter, Natalie Wells, of Norman; Son, Keaton Wells, his wife, Courtney, and their sons Lucas James and Logan Scott, of Ardmore; Brother, Steve Wells and wife Penny, of Ardmore; and many beloved cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, J.V. and Alta Wells, and his Nephew, Jayson Wells. Online condolences can be made at craddockfuneralhome.com.
