Greta Lea Cokkinias

Greta Lea Cokkinias, age 93, of Crossville, TN, passed away on October 8, 2023.
Mrs. Cokkinias was born on January 6, 1930, in Crossville, Tennessee, daughter of the late Andrew Jackson Goss and Elizabeth (Wyatt) Goss.
Greta was the owner of B & W Restaurant, along with her husband George. She was a member or Bethlehem Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Connie Sampley and her husband John; sons, John Cokkinias and his wife, Jill Siders Cokkinias, Jim Cokkinias and his wife, Becky Bridges Cokkinias, and Tim Cokkinias and his wife, Barbie Melton Cokkinias; grandchildren, Christa Cokkinias, John Cokkinias and his wife Amber, Kimberly Cokkinias, Kyle Cokkinias and his wife Holly, Jacob Cokkinias and his wife Abigail, Sarah McConnaughhay and her husband Sean, Tessa Cokkinias, Andy Sampley, George Sampley, and Tiffany Fincher and her husband Colton; great grandchildren, Caine Cokkinias, George Cokkinias, Clara Cokkinias, Weston Cokkinias, and Ellana Cokkinias; and sisters, Mary Lou Hutchinson and Connie Vaughn.
In addition to her parents, Greta is preceded in death by her husband, George Cokkinias; siblings, Venable Goss, Volner Goss, Agnes Elmore, Andy Goss, Zenia Goss.
Funeral Service will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Friday, October 13, 2023, at 3:00 PM with Bro. Gary Robbins officiating. Burial will follow at Woody Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 PM prior to the service.
