So sorry to hear about Griff. He was a good friend in high school and even better afterwards. We played a lot of softball and flag football together. He was a free spirit and didn´t ever back down. He will be missed. Prayers for Linda and their family.

When I was in junior high a bully, three years older than other junior high students, threatened to beat me up after school because I would not give him my lunch money. Joe, his brother, went and told Griff. Griff came over and told the bully he would have to go through Griff before he could fight me. The bully said "I don´t want to fight you Griff". The bully never bothered me again. Griff was my hero.

Dear Clements Family, I am so sorry about your loss. Griff and I go back to Winship Elementary School, first grade where we were good buds! We were in Boy Scouts together and I spent many a day at his home learning to play baseball and soccer in the backyard with their bulldog chasing us around. I was hoping to see Griff at this past September's Alumni event but no, not to be. I am so sorry I did not get to see him. Jack Speed, Richmond, VA.

So sorry to read of the passing of Griff . We were high school classmates and I always enjoyed being around Griff. The only times I would see Griff after Lanier would be at our class reunions where we would always talk and share a laugh. He was truly one of the good ones and I'm sure he will be missed by friends and family. It is always sad to lose a classmate and friend.

Linda,
So sorry for your family´s loss. I have known Griff since the 1970´s while working with Waddle Surveying Company. Griff was always helpful and friendly with all of the crews. He will be missed by all those who knew and worked with him at Waddle Surveying and the city of Warner Robins.
