ENGLISH:
Guadalupe Escobedo Hernandez, a beloved matriarch, loyal friend, and gentle spirit, passed away on October 27, 2025, in Fontana, California, at the age of 64. Born on May 7, 1961, in Zacatecas, Mexico, Guadalupe's journey was marked by her unwavering love for family, her dedication to her loved ones, and her remarkable resilience. Guadalupe poured her heart into being a homemaker, finding joy in raising her children and caring for her family. She was a sweet lady, known for her friendly demeanor and selfless nature, always eager to lend a helping hand to those in need. Her home was a refuge filled with laughter, warmth, and the delicious aroma of her famous tamales, which became a cherished tradition for family gatherings. Life was vibrant for Guadalupe as she spent her days surrounded by those she loved most. A passionate supporter of the Dodgers, she found delight in watching baseball games, often sharing these moments with her family. Her love for shopping and visiting relatives brought her immense joy, and her time spent with family was always cherished. Her playful spirit extended to enjoying the thrill of playing the lotto, a pastime that added a sprinkle of excitement to her everyday life. She took immense pride in becoming a U.S. citizen and viewed it as one of her proudest accomplishments. Her legacy is carried on by her devoted husband, Anastacio Escobedo, and her loving children, Jessica, Javier, Eric and Abel Escobedo. Her grandchildren, Izaac, Bibi, Ivan, Cesc and Itzy, were the light of her life, and she relished every moment spent with them. Though Guadalupe is preceded in death by her son, Manuel Escobedo, as well as her father, Salvador Hernandez, and mother, Petra Hernandez, her spirit and the love she shared with each person she encountered will forever reside in the hearts of those who knew her. Guadalupe's kindness, radiance, and dedication to her family will be missed endlessly. She will be remembered not just for the moments she shared with loved ones but for the values she instilled and the love she spread. Her gentle spirit has left an indelible mark that will inspire those left behind to carry forward her legacy of love and care.
