It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Guillermo Solis Jr, age 67 who departed
this life peacefully on July 6, 2025. He passed away at home peacefully surrounded by his loved
ones. Guillermo made Vallejo his home for 23 years and then moved to American Canyon, and
lived there with his daughter Alejandra and family for 13 years. Born on September 17, 1957
Guillermo Solis Jr. was a beloved father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend. Known for
sharing the love of Jesus Christ, he enjoyed teaching the word of God and studying the bible.
He touched many lives through his teachings and was known for sharing the Gospel with
passion and gratitude to the Lord. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He completed
his general education and worked as a foreman in hospitality in San Francisco for 31 years and
graduated from Bible school in Richmond, California. He was a member of Iglesia Betesda
located in Vallejo, California where he last served in the church by giving bible studies. He is
survived by his daughters Cecilia, Alejandra, Blanka, Erika, and former wife Olivia,
grandchildren Esmeralda, Anel, Noel, Angelica, Alyna, Junior, Ivan, Azriel, Xiclali, and Aden. His
great-grandchildren Mateo, and Emiliana, son-in-laws Derik, Isaac, and Noel. Nieces, nephews,
aunts, and his best friend and companion Gunner the English Bulldog and many family
members and friends. Guillermo will be deeply missed by all who knew him and lovingly
remembered always. Services and Burial will be private.
