God called Gustavo Figueroa Castro home on February 7, 2026 surrounded by the love of family. Though we grieve deeply, we trust in His promise of eternal life.
Born on July 12, 1967 in Ciudad Valles, Mexico, Gustavo Figueroa Castro lived a life rooted in faith, family, and service. He was a devoted husband, father, brother and uncle who reflected Christ's love through compassion, generosity, and unwavering devotion to those around him.
He leaves behind his wife, Candida Figueroa, his daughter Anarossi Figueroa, his son Johnathon Figueroa, and his sister Lourdes Castro. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews: Ana Oyarvide, Zelma Tuthill, Ramon Castro and Ricardo Castro. He was welcomed into Heaven by his father Ricardo Figueroa and his mother, Ana Maria Castro.
A celebration of life will be held on February 21, 2026 at Iglesia Betania, 3709 Bolin Rd, Houston, TX 77092. We invite all who knew and loved him to join us in honoring a life beautifully lived.

Dios llamó a Gustavo Figueroa Castro a su presencia el 7 de febrero de 2026, rodeado del amor de su familia. Aunque nuestro dolor es profundo, confiamos en Su promesa de vida eterna.
Nacio el 12 de julio de 1967 en Ciudad Valles, México, Gustavo Figueroa Castro vivió una vida fundada en la fe, la familia y el servicio. Fue un esposo, padre, hermano y tío devoto que reflejó el amor de Cristo a través de su compasión, generosidad y entrega inquebrantable a quienes lo rodeaban.
Le sobreviven su esposa, Cándida Figueroa; su hija, Anarossi Figueroa; su hijo, Johnathon Figueroa; y su hermana, Lourdes Castro. También le sobreviven sus sobrinos y sobrinas: Ana Oyarvide, Zelma Tuthill, Ramón Castro y Ricardo Castro. Fue recibido en el Cielo por su padre, Ricardo Figueroa, y su madre, Ana María Castro.
Se llevará a cabo una celebración de vida el 21 de febrero de 2026 en Iglesia Betania, 3709 Bolin Rd, Houston, TX 77092. Invitamos a todos los que lo conocieron y lo amaron a acompañarnos para honrar una vida hermosamente vivida.
