H. Paul Emile

Paul Hero, 66, of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, passed away unexpectedly Monday, January 26, 2026. He was the beloved husband of Islande Joseph. Born in Haiti, he was the oldest of four children born to the late Herman Paul Emile and Mary Therese (Jean) Paul Emile.

Paul had a caring heart and was devoted to those in his life. He was reliable and could be called upon for support no matter the day or time. He worked as a truck driver for many years to provide for his family and make their home here in Warwick. Paul was a good man and a good soul, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Paul was a dedicated father, and his two young sons, Javan Omar Paul and Elijah Kian Paul, were his whole life. He is also survived by Rodline Antoine, his former spouse, the mother of his children, and his dear friend. Family meant everything to Paul, including his three siblings, Marlene Simpson, William Paul, and Elda Paul, as well as his many nieces and nephews.

A Visitation will be held Saturday, February 7, 2026 from 9 to 11am with a Funeral Service at 11am in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Avenue, Warwick. Interment will immediately follow in Pawtuxet Memorial Park, Warwick.
