H. Frances "Wielgos" Pac

H. Frances Pac (Wielgos) of Middletown passed away peacefully on August 4, 2025 with her family at her side. She was born in Southington on April 27, 1940 to the late Henry and Anna Wielgos. Fran was predeceased by her husband Joseph R Pac Jr. in 1990 and her sister Irene Fiori (Richard) in 2025.

Fran proudly lived most of her life in the Westfield section of Middletown. She worked for the Town of Middlefield for over 30 years along with working a second job at Luettgin's Limited and then the Middlesex Radiology Group. Besides working full time to the age of 78 - Fran enjoyed baking her special Christmas cake, gardening and keeping her yard immaculate (please no leaves by the fence).

Fran is survived by her son Joseph R Pac III (Melanie) of Berlin and daughter Deb Warzecha (WIlliam) of Middletown and her grandchildren. Fran leaves her two sisters Lorraine Woodman (Joseph), and Vicki Sager (Richard) along with numerous nieces and nephews. She also leaves her loving fur companion Siri who was always by her side. The family would like to thank the kind and caring staff who were like family at the Residency of Ferry Park and most recently Apple Rehab in Middletown.

Funeral Service will be held at Rose Hill Funeral Home 580 Elm St Rocky Hill, CT, Thursday August 7th, at 11:00am followed by a burial in Rose Hill Memorial Park. In lue of flowers the family would like donations to be made in Frances's honor to the Westfield Fire Department.
