I was Ha´layna´s freshman year English teacher. She used to come to my room even after she left my class to talk. When I had the flu, she emailed me to see if I was okay. I´ll miss her so much.

My name is Marissa. I wish i could say I knew HaLayna personally, but i didn´t have that blessed opportunity. I can tell just from what I´ve read and watched HaLayna was a blessing to all. The amazing thing about HaLayna is the Legacy she has left for all the lives she touched, AND for the lives she will CONTINUE to touch through others for generations to come. Mother Teresa is quoted as saying, "I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples.'" May you all find peace and comfort. May HaLayna rest peacefully.
