Hal E. Arnold, - 66, of Manchester, New Jersey, passed away Saturday, August 16th, 2025. He was a caring father, grandfather and dear friend to many.
Born in Elizabeth, NJ, he was a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration:, Accounting. He went on to work for numerous notable public accounting firms, before branching out and becoming the owner/operator of his very own firm. With an expertise in Financial Management and Taxation he was better known by clients and friends alike as a Business Management Consultant and/or stand in Controller. Hal had 20+ years of experience working with clients spanning numerous industries, sectors and specializations, including but not limited to: Manufacturing, Real Estate, Production, Talent Agency (Hair, Makeup, Directors & Stylists), Software Development, Financial Services, Retail, Health Care, Architectural Services, Lawn care and Treatment, Antiques and Collectibles: (coins and currency), Restaurants, Legal Services, etc.
He resided for most of his life in Wayne, NJ. Hal was an avid coin, currency and stamp collector. Passionate about the hobby from a young age, he passed the tradition on to his sons. The three would travel all across the country to bond, collect and broaden their knowledge base about the industry. He enjoyed fishing (fly, saltwater, freshwater), hunting and the great outdoors. He is predeceased by his parents, Burt & Rita. Survived by his 2 sons, Jared (Amanda) & Grant (Amy) Arnold, 2 brothers, Glen & Alan, 2 sisters Halee & Ilene, nephew Benjamin and granddaughter, Maya. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the National Brain Tumor Society (NBTS - https://braintumor.org/?form=give, [email protected] | 617-231-8171). An interment will take place Friday, August 22 at 11AM at Mount Lebanon Cemetery, Woodbridge.
