Hale was a wonderful mentor as my Chief Claim Consultant and I will always remember his kindness and encouragement, giving me the confidence and knowledge to present my Claim Cases to the Claim Committee. He led by example of a High Quality associate who had the caring skill to draw the best out of those he worked with each day making each feel they are an important part of the Claim process. Sorry to just hear of his passing, he always had a smile for those he worked with which is evident in picture published. Thoughts and prayers are with his family. I'm sure he is off in the universe fishing somewhere in his boat, enjoying himself.
