Halsey Williams Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Miller and Miller Funeral Home - Hugo on Jan. 5, 2026.
Halsey Wayne Williams was a beautiful person - selfless, kind, loving, and full of joy. On January 2nd, 2026, she passed from this life, leaving behind a deep sense of loss and a lasting love.

She was a devoted daughter, loving sister, cherished aunt, and a true friend. She would do anything for anyone, always offering support, laughter, and warmth. Her presence brought comfort and joy to all who knew her.

Halsey received a degree in Sports Management from The University of North Florida. She loved the Dallas Cowboys and sushi and shared a fun bond with her dad as the only one willing to eat octopus alongside him. She poured her life into her family, always making time for those she loved.

Halsey was preceded in death by her mother, Dana Williams; her grandparents, Gwen McMillin, Wanda Williams, Stanley McMillin, and Hollis Williams; her aunt, Nicki McMillin; her uncle, Kelley McMillin; and her great aunt, Helen McGuire.

She is survived by her father, Steven Williams; her siblings, Tayler Kashurba and her husband Daniel, Ashley Brampton and her husband Ashley-Michael, and Zac Williams and his wife Dara; her cousins, Kelsey Smith, Spencer Farrell and Kyle McMillin; her nieces and nephews, Ellie and Cooper Kashurba, Kylie Herrington, June, Aiden, and Cole Brampton, and Declan Williams; and her great aunt, Verna Robinson, along with many friends and family who will miss her deeply.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at the Choctaw Community Center from 2:00–3:30 PM, followed by visitation at Miller and Miller Funeral Home from 5:00–7:00 PM. Flowers may be sent to Miller and Miller Funeral Home.
