Born in Philadelphia and raised in Aldan, Harley graduated from Lansdowne-Aldan High School.
Harley retired as a cross country truck driver for UPS and previously worked as an oil truck driver for several local companies, he was a member of the Teamsters Union Local 623
He enjoyed working on cars, going to the shooting range and listening to country music and was known for his cowboy boots.
He also enjoyed spending time with his family and his faithful companion, his Boston Terrier Otis and vacationing in Myrtle Beach S.C.
He is predeceased by his parents Dock and Ottillie (nee Dietz) Anderson,
Survivors: Beloved husband of 51 years of Guylynn "Lynn' Anderson, loving father of Lorraine (Bobby) Hollenbach, Harley D. (Nicole) Anderson and Heidi L. (Jimmy) Timlin, cherished grandfather of Eric, AJ, Dylan, Corey, Ryan, Cooper and Sheridan.
