Harley Parsons Obituary
He is also survived by his brother, Kenneth James Clark Parsons; grandparents, Laurie and Skeet Hales, Dorothy and Mike Parsons, and Christina Downey; and other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his other grandparents, Kenneth, Marcia, Kathy and James.
Visitation for family and friends will be held Saturday, January 3, 2026, from 12:00 noon until 2:00 P.M. at the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk.
