Harley Raine, 27, passed away on November 16, 2025, in Benton, Kansas. Born on September 23, 1998, in Junction City, Kansas, Harley brought light and laughter into the world from the very beginning.
A graduate of El Dorado High School, Harley pursued her passions with determination and heart. She earned a welding certificate from Heartland Welding Academy and also worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant, dedicating herself to helping others in times of need.
Harley was first and foremost a devoted mother to her beloved sons, Jaxsen and Brantley Bosley. Her love for them was boundless, and she cherished every moment spent on adventures with her boys. Being their mother was the most important role in her life-one she embraced with fierce love and unwavering joy.
She is deeply mourned by her mother, Teresa Fowler; fathers John Wright and Danny Kaufman; and her siblings: Haley Wright, Hanna (Chase) Ervin, Grace Kaufman, Dakota Wright, Isaiah Wright, Blaine Kaufman, Gabriel (Kylee) Kocher, and Gavin (Juliana) Kocher. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who adored her dearly, along with numerous other relatives who will miss her radiant presence.
Harley was preceded in death by her grandparents Robert Joseph Siemer, Barbara Jean Geer, and Marilyn Rees; her cousin Michael Scheuerman; and several uncles and aunts whose memories she carried close to her heart.
A free spirit with an old soul, Harley walked through life guided by intuition and fueled by curiosity. She found peace in nature's embrace-under the moonlight or among the stars-and drew strength from the earth around her. Her interests were as vibrant as she was: reading books that stirred her imagination; practicing witchcraft and exploring astrology; tending to gardens with care; hunting and fishing with confidence; cooking meals filled with love; working out to feel strong; sipping coffee during sisterly chats; riding Harleys beside her boyfriend; embracing shadow work as part of her spiritual journey; and proudly becoming a Twister City Harley Angel.
Her energy was magnetic-uplifting those around her with kind words and a contagious laugh that echoed joyfully wherever she went. She had an uncanny ability to see beauty in everyone she met. Her spirit was untamed yet deeply rooted in compassion-a rare blend that made her unforgettable.
Though Harley's physical presence has left this world too soon, her essence remains ever-present-in the rustle of leaves on a quiet trail, in the shimmer of starlight above us all. Her memory will forever bring comfort to those who knew and loved her. A Memorial Service will be held on November 23, 2025, at 02:00 PM at St James Catholic Church 1012 E Belmont Ave. We will be holding a Celebration of Life in the springtime.
A GoFundMe has been established to support funeral and memorial services as well as a celebration of Harley's life. Remaining donations will be placed into an account for Jaxsen and Brantley's future.
In lieu of cut floral arrangements, the family is requesting low maintenance greenery or succulents, in memory of Harley's love for gardening and nature. Any arrangements can be sent to 1209 Helen St, Augusta, KS 67010.
