Harold William Brodock

Harold William Brodock, age 94, of Horton, Michigan, went home to be with his Heavenly Father on February 23, 2026. He was born on February 5, 1932, in Homer, Michigan, to William Clare and Beulah Mae (Coxon) Brodock.

Harold is survived by his son Steve (Lorna) Brodock; step-children Kimberly (Wolfgang) Bauer, Kyle (Kathy) Boyer, and Antoinette Boyer; grandchildren Toby Post, Josh (Susie) Brodock, Simon (Jovelin) Post, Andrew (Tiffany) Brodock, and Darren (Lynn) Brodock; step-grandchildren Fauve (Shaun) Tulk, Codi (Matt) Sinkovitz, Tyler Oakley, Hayley Boyer, Bryce (Alyssa) Boyer, Allexys (Colton) Anderson, and Connor Oakley; great-grandchildren Hailey Post, Sylvia Post, Eddison Brodock, Autumn Brodock, Julia Brodock, Lyla Brodock, and Summer Brodock; step-great-grandchildren Brooklyn Holcomb, Tucker Holcomb, Graham Sinkovitz, Greyson Sinkovitz, Garren Sinkovitz, Berkely Boyer, and Bodi Boyer; dear uncle to numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in passing by his beloved first wife Lorraine (Hewitt) Brodock and second wife Patricia (Croad) Brodock; parents William and Beulah Brodock; daughter Sherry Lorraine Brodock; granddaughter Naomi Brodock; step-grandson Jacob Boyer; siblings Leon Brodock, Virgie Wilson, and Carol Kirkum; nephew Robert Brodock.

Harold, a proud U.S. National Guard Veteran, dedicated over 30 years to serving as a lineman for Consumers Energy before his retirement. He was a longstanding member of Spring Arbor Free Methodist Church and Hilltop Chapel Bible Methodist Church. Harold was a loving husband and a devoted father. He had a passion for collecting vintage cars and enjoyed singing, often spending hours participating in karaoke. He had the honor of singing at the wedding of his grandchildren, Andy (Tiffany) and Darren (Lynn). Harold also loved traveling, including numerous road trips with his family and annual visits to Florida. He will be deeply missed by his family and all of his friends who knew him.

A funeral service to honor his life will be held at Hilltop Chapel Bible Methodist Church (11700 Spring Arbor Road, Concord, Michigan), on Friday, March 6, 2026, beginning at 11 A.M. with Pastor Chris Hilling officiating. Interment will follow at Spring Arbor Cemetery in Spring Arbor Township, Michigan. The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday March 6, beginning at 10 A.M. until the time of the service at the church. A memorial contribution can be made to Hilltop Chapel Bible Methodist Church.
