LLOYD, Harold

Mr. Harold Eugene Lloyd, age 54, of Senoia, formerly of Hapeville, passed away Friday, February 13, 2026, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. He was born July 23, 1971, in East Point to Martha "Spivey" King and the late Kenneth Lloyd. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Nellie G. Clark; and his father-in-law, Garner B. Clark.

Harold grew up in Hapeville, Georgia, and was a graduate of Hapeville High School. He joined the United States Navy right out of high school, beginning a life defined by service, dedication, and perseverance. He was known for his strong work ethic and many accomplishments. Some, but not all, of those accomplishments include: Navy Aviation Boatswain's Mate, Petty Officer Second Class, Gardens Work Crew Site Supervisor, Highway Patrol Electronics Technician, Regional Maintenance Engineer and Facilities Manager, and his latest achievement, F&S Mechanical General Foreman. Harold took great pride in his work and approached every role with commitment and integrity.

Harold is survived by his wife, Betty Joy Lloyd; daughters, Dezaray (Lloyd) Riley, Amanda (Lloyd) Futral, and Magen Lloyd; his sons, Alex Lloyd and Jacob Lloyd; his brothers, Tommy Lloyd and Wayne Taylor; and his cherished grandchildren, Jackson Riley, Taylor Riley, Tobias Futral, Arilyn Futral, Brinley Dooley, Asher Dooley, and Romy Dooley.

Harold was a proud husband, father, grandfather- affectionately known as "Pops"- son, and friend to many. He was a steady presence, a guiding hand, and a source of strength for those who loved him. Harold had a heart that welcomed everyone, a humor that could brighten even the darkest days, and a quick wit that kept family and friends smiling. He was the kind of man who showed up without being asked, who worked tirelessly to provide for his family, and who carried himself with quiet strength and deep compassion.

He was truly a light in this life: steady, warm, and unwavering. His love, laughter, and legacy will continue to shine through his children, grandchildren, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Though he left this world far too soon, the impact he made will endure for generations.

Harold's Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026,12 PM at 545 Rockhouse Road, Senoia, GA 30276.
