Harold Eugene O'Brien, 67 of Piketon, passed away on Friday, May 2, 2025 at his residence. He was born on January 15, 1958 in Portsmouth to the late Carl Edward O'Brien and Janet Thomas O'Brien. Surviving are his nieces and nephews; Jason (Ashley Pendleton) O'Brien of Piketon, Tabitha (Arshall) Maddy of Highland County, Keith (Lucy Braggs) O'Brien of West Virginia and Desiree Larsen of Nebraska and cousins; Wendell O'Brien of Morehead, Kentucky, Billy McCall of Piketon and Sharma Pinkerton of North Carolina. In addition to his parents, Harold was preceded in death by his brother; Terrance lee O'Brien.
Services are in the care of Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Waverly.
Memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
