Harold Fred Palmer, 92, of Circleville, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at Logan Elm Healthcare. He was born March 19, 1932 in Adelphi. He was a member of Dresbach Church and recently attended Circleville First Church.
He is survived by his children, Stephen (Deborah) Palmer and Jean (Bob) Dollison both of Circleville, Jeff (Diane) Palmer of Amanda; seven grandchildren, Matt (Tacie) Palmer, Jeremy (Tara) Palmer, Justin (Lori) Palmer, Kyle (Dedra) Dollison, Courtney (Bobby) Seymour, Beau Palmer and Tonya (James) Walls; nine great grandchildren, Evan, Austin, Titus, Calvin, Elliott and Ruth Ann Palmer, Ewan and Logan Seymour, Gavin Dollison, Lane Austin, Riley and Jaycee Lynn Walls. Numerous nieces and nephews. Special friend Ruth Burroughs.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Leora M. Palmer; 3 brothers and one sister.
Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Thursday, February 13, at the TAYLOR-THELLER FUNERAL HOME in Amanda with Pastor Jay Neff officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Stoutsville. Friends may call from 11am until 1pm prior to the service.
The family requests contributions be made to Alzheimer's Foundation in Fred's memory.
