Pete was greeted in Heaven by the love of his life Sue his (wife), and also his Father and Mother, Harry and Gertie Saults. Pete had one older brother named Harry Linden Saults, he lived eighteen days, due to having Spina Bifida.

Then Pete started working around the year of 1957, for Ralph James hauling Cattle and Hogs to and from Sale Barns, Pete also worked in the Feed Mill for Ralph James. This is the same year he met his loving wife Sue and got married in 1957. Then a few years later Ralph James got sick, Pete worked more places in the Feed Mill, for Ralph James, doing all the hauling of all the feed out to customers or hauling the Cattle and Hogs to the Auction Barn. Pete basically took over the Feed Mill until Ralph James passed away. Pete worked for Ralph James for 14 years.
Then in 1966 Al Potter bought out Ralph James, business and Pete worked for Al Potter for 7 years. Al Potter had Pete farming and working at the Feed Mill and elevator. Pete worked non-stop for Ralph James & Al Potter.

He also worked on Briarwood Avenue, in Dana, Indiana for a total of 50 years. Pete has worked all types of hours from the time he was the age of 17 years of age.
Pete enjoyed deer hunting every year. And when he went he would always be back home within an hour, with either a doe or buck. Pete loved planting his garden every spring, even though he planted enough for the town of Dana. He just enjoyed taking fresh homegrown vegetables to his friends. Whenever Pete went anywhere he always ran into someone he knew, he loved talking, so if you were in a hurry well you just had to wait until he was done talking.
