Harold Ray Stevens, 84, husband of Myrtle McKean Stevens, passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at Nicholasville Nursing and Rehab. He was born in Irvine, Kentucky, to the late Emmett Stevens and Nettie McKinny Stevens. Harold was a retired truck driver for the Keebler Company, a believer in the Christian Faith, and a member of the Jessamine County Sportsmen's Club. Survivors include his son, Rich (Linda) Conaway; three daughters, Cathy (Donald) Schagene, Wendy (Barry) Hartman, and Cheryl (Clay) Spradlin; a sister, Sharon Daughtery; eight grandchildren; Paige Spradlin, Michael Spradlin, Matthew Schagene, Joseph Schagene, Christopher Schagene, Ethan Schagene, Garrett Schagene, and proceeded in death by Jason Abney and multiple great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Fred Stevens. Harold chose cremation for his services. Betts & West Funeral Home is honored to serve Harold and his family in their time of need.
