Marc Stevens Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Bell's Funeral Home & Cremation Services - Pembroke Pines on Feb. 19, 2026.
Marc Joseph Stevens was born on December 22, 1970, in West Palm Beach, Florida, to Robert J.

Stevens and Evelyn Lowe Stevens. Raised in Palm Beach County, Marc attended Westward

Elementary School, Golfview Junior High School, and graduated from John I. Leonard High

School in 1988.

Shortly after graduation, Marc answered the call to serve his country by enlisting in the United

States Army. During his service, he was stationed overseas in Erzurum, Turkey, and later at Fort

Sill, Oklahoma. His time in the Army reflected his discipline and commitment-qualities that

remained with him throughout his life.

Following his honorable discharge, Marc continued building his future with determination.

While working, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Phoenix,

demonstrating both perseverance and a strong work ethic.

Marc built a successful career as a software specialist, working with respected companies such as

Citrix, Bitdefender, and most recently, The Gordian Group. His profession allowed him to travel

widely, both domestically and internationally-something he truly enjoyed. Marc had a deep

love for travel and embraced opportunities to explore new places and experiences.

Above all, Marc valued family. He is survived by his mother, Evelyn Lowe Stevens; his twins,

Jade Gholsten (Nate) of Lebanon, Illinois, and Parish X. Stevens of West Palm Beach, Florida;

their siblings Whitley of Washington, D.C., and Whitney, Jasmine, and Paj of Oklahoma City,

Oklahoma; his sister, Roslyn Stevens, and brother, William Stevens, both of West Palm Beach,

Florida; and his beloved grandchildren, Shakur, Zaine, and Jace of Lebanon, Illinois.

He is also survived by his uncles, Dr. Walter P. Lowe (Mozine) of Littleton, North Carolina, and

Dr. Calvin W. Lowe (Reverend Tonya) of Hampton, Virginia; numerous Stevens and Lowe

cousins; and special friends, Rocquel and Jennifer.

Marc will be remembered for his intelligence, his steady determination, his love of exploration,

and the quiet strength with which he lived his life. His presence will be deeply missed, but his

legacy lives on through the family he cherished and the lives he touched.
