Predeceased by his wife, Emilia Vanderbeck, in 2015. He is survived by his son, Harold and his wife Trish, daughter Sherry Charles and her husband Robert Mulvaney, 5 grandchildren Gary, Nicholas, Brandon, Justin and Jessica along with a sister Susan Hendersen.
Arrangements and private cremation are under the direction of Riggs Funeral Home, 130 North Rt. 9, Forked River, NJ 08731. Services will be held in the future.
