Harold was born on August 5, 1932 to Frank and Christina (Heinricks) Vossen in Litchfield. He was a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Watkins and later on became a member of St. Boniface in Cold Spring, Minnesota. He attended Eden Valley High School and 1 year of college at a business school. He was united in marriage to Jane Doubek on October 19, 1955.
Harold worked at the Watkins Creamery, Mies as a John Deere parts salesman and selling bulk tanks. Harold then went on to own his own dairy supply business, Watkins Dairy Supply, for 40 years until his retirement. He enjoyed playing cards, bowling, square dancing and had a love for baseball.
Harold is survived by his children Roger (Linda) Vossen, Linda (Brian) Miller, Jerry (Judy) Vossen, Scott (Loni) Vossen, Chuck (Beth) Vossen, Dan (Nancy) Vossen, Sharon (John) McCann, Greg Vossen, Dennis (Sabrina) Vossen); 20 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife Jane, parents Frank and Christina, and infant son.
